An action-oriented, global strategic thinker, Erika brings a wealth of transformational leadership underpinned by establishing collaborative cultures and workflow optimization.
Erika has worked as an executive in business operations management, product development, technology management, enterprise strategy, and data management, for medium to large scale global, private, and public companies, across multiple high-tech industries.
She is a passionate collaborator, always focused on mentoring and building high-performing teams, while establishing a culture of empowerment, critical thinking, and growth mindsets. Erika brings deep insights in how to adopt agile/lean practices. A passionate systems thinker, she always pursues a holistic perspective.
Erika holds an M.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Delft University of Technology in The Netherlands, a benchmarked equivalent to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and an MBA in General Management from Erasmus, Rotterdam school of Management in The Netherlands. She also has attended executive education classes at Yale School of Management.
Erika, originally Belgian, now lives in the NYC metro area, with her husband and Rhodesian Ridgeback, Mia. At heart a nature lover, she can be found regularly in the Catskills where she enjoys long walks. She is also an avid foodie and pursuer of mindfulness.
